You Must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have at least one verifiable employer
- Be willing to work throughout the Denver Metro area
- Have dependable transportation and a cell phone
- Have or obtain a Denver Merchant Guards license
- Be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Be able to work all shifts
- Have basic-intermediate computer and technical knowledge
- Be able to write an effective report
- Have no criminal convictions as specified under XPS guidelines
- Have the ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally in English.
Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.
- Pass drug screening and thorough background check
- Successfully complete basic training
- Have the ability to perform the essential functions of the specific job(s)
- Have good attendance and always be punctual
- Be neat, have a professional appearance, and a friendly demeanor
- Have the ability to handle day to day and crisis situations calmly,
professionally, and courteously.
- Have the ability to enforce all client and XPS policies, rules, and regulations
- A background in security, law enforcement, military or similar is considered a
plus, but not required
- Military vets are strongly encouraged to apply
